This is my new green smoothie, and I’m pretty obsessed with it (hence the title of this post). It’s sweet, it’s spicy, it’s green, it’s ALL THE THINGS. It also manages to be creamy, without having any type of dairy or almond milk in it. Hope you dig it as much as I do!
INGREDIENTS
For 3 cups
1 large handful spinach
1 mango, chopped
1 cup coconut water
1 cup cucumber, chopped
1/4 jalapeno chopped
1 small handful cilantro
2 sprigs mint
1 lime, juiced
DIRECTIONS
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree thoroughly. If you want it to be thicker/colder, make sure the mango, coconut water, and cucumber are from the fridge, or you could even freeze the coconut water in an ice cube tray and use that. Enjoy!
