Spritzers have the same rep as “Blush Wine” – lame 80s mom drink. Why? Well, it’s sort of a light weight choice. But here’s the thing, that’s not always bad. Sometimes, when it’s really really hot, you just want something easy, refreshing, and delicious. It’s like reaching for a Pilsner instead or a microbrewed IPA. There’s a time and place for everything.
This is the simplest of simple spritzers, so there’s tons of room for experimentation and flavors if you want to take it there. Enjoy!
