For me, what you put in body is just as important as what you put on it. And though I don’t think any one thing is a panacea, whenever my skin is not feeling up to snuff, I whip up a glass of this juice. The juice is made of collagen boosting and antioxidant filled pineapple and pineapple skin, anti-inflammatory cucumber, vitamin rich rose water, omega 3 filled chia seeds, and calcium packed pearl powder. It’s got all of it, and tastes delicious too. Enjoy!
1/4 pineapple, center fiber removed, skin on
1 cup cucumber
1 teaspoon rosewater
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon pearl powder (optional)
Juice the pineapple and cucumber together. Add the rosewater, chia seeds, and pearl powder, and let the juice chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or until the chia is gelatinous. Stir, pour, and drink!
