Today, most wine cocktails are split between sangria or spritzers, but there’s a world of possibility between those two. Enter the Rosé-ito, a mix of mojito flavors with rum switched out for rosé. It’s fresh, bright, and barely floral. It’s also delicious with sparkling rosé for a little fizz.
Note: The wine I used, Summer Water, can be found HERE.
4 oz Rosé
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon rose syrup
3 sprigs mint
Muddle together the mint and rose syrup in the bottom of the glass. Add ice, and top with lime and rosé. Stir to combine, and garnish with mint.
