Today, most wine cocktails are split between sangria or spritzers, but there’s a world of possibility between those two. Enter the Rosé-ito, a mix of mojito flavors with rum switched out for rosé. It’s fresh, bright, and barely floral. It’s also delicious with sparkling rosé for a little fizz.

INGREDIENTS
4 oz Rosé
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon rose syrup
3 sprigs mint
DIRECTIONS
Muddle together the mint and rose syrup in the bottom of the glass. Add ice, and top with lime and rosé. Stir to combine, and garnish with mint.
