I added himalayan pink salt, cayenne, ginger, and ginseng for extra zip. The spice and heat breaks down phlegm, while the honey coats your throat, and the other ingredients help with immunity. 4 ounces alkaline water (can be hot or cold)

1/4 teaspoon himalayan sea salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

1 ounce lemon juice

1 tablespoon raw honey

1/4 teaspoon ginseng powder


Stir everything together and gulp down like a shot!
