Gotta love a boozy brunch! This is a fresh, muddled Bloody Mary but with a spicy tequila kick. I added cucumber juice to cool the whole thing down, but if you don’t want to bust out your juicer, just muddle in extra cucumber and tomatoes to get extra liquid. This is my new Sunday morning fave.

INGREDIENTS

3 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 slice serrano chili

1 tablespoon lime

2 ounces tequila

1 ounce cucumber juice

cucumber slices, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Combine the cherry tomatoes, serrano chili slice, and lime in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, and muddle thoroughly until everything is well combined. Add tequila, cucumber juice and ice, stirring vigorously for 15 seconds. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
