THE BEE STING

THE BEE STING // THE KITCHY KITCHEN

I stumbled across this recipe for a batida (meaning a Brazilian cocktail made of fruit juice, cachaca, and a sweetener) in one of my favorite vintage cookbooks, The Gold Cookbook by Louis P. DeGouy, 1947. I love that it’s made with three ingredients, and I love that it tastes like adult lemonade. I think you’ll find The Bee Sting to be perfectly simple and so refreshing. Bottoms up!
