I know I’m the “white world” girl, but every now and then a pop of color or pattern is necessary. Whether they’re in a unique trapezoidal pattern, Italian style painted, or just a study in the tonalities of a color: tiles are pretty awesome.  They add a lovely depth of texture and personality to any room, but especially in a backsplash or floor of a kitchen.  These were some of my favorites from my most recent pins on pinterest.
