I love when the air is so warm and still that it feels like a blanket.  Any hotter, and it would be cloying, and cooler, and you’d need a sweater. That is the perfect weather to sip wine, eat cheese, and sit on a blanket barefoot and unguarded. Picnics are meant for this kind of weather.
