WEDDING FLATS // The Kitchy Kitchen

I am a tall lady. Not a total amazon, but tall enough that if I want to look my man eye to eye, I need to be in flats.  Yeah, I could probably wear kitten heels, but I hate kitten heels, so here I am looking for beautiful wedding flats.  Beyond the “tall lady” issue, flats on my wedding day also mean dancing the night away without a second thought. It also means I won’t trip down the aisle, so yay!

These are some of my favorite ones I came across while hunting down a pair of my own. Personally, the Valentino Rock Stud and simple Jenni Kayne flats are my go to fancy flats currently, so I feel like that’s where I’m going to go with it.  Can someone please be a total badass and rock the glitter chelsea boot though??

I love the simple rattan touch on these shoes, and how it adds a bit of texture to an otherwise clean silhouette.  Plus, you know these will go with anything and are perfect honeymoon shoes too.

The shape of these shoes remind of a pair from the early 19th century.  It’s unique and sexy, with a fun dose of sparkle.

How can you go wrong with something so clean and simple? These flats would look amazing with a lean crepe dress with simple make up.

Jenni Kayne, Flat Sandal, $535

The gold point is so sleek and cool, it would be amazing with a cocktail length wedding dress or even a white jumpsuit or tux.

The holographic quality of these shoes is super unique, but very fun.
